Randy slept in today until about noon today. His mom went in once to see if he wanted to get up and he said "I'm working on it". Then a little bit later his answer was "No".
His Occupational Therapist came today. Her name is Lois and she will start coming 1 to 2 times a week until we enter into Outpatient Therapy. She pretty much did an evaluation today. She checked out what he can do and what he has been doing, checked out the house to see what needed to be changes such as the height of the chair used in the shower, and showed him exercises to do in between visits. When she asked Randy what he wanted to work on, he responded "Anything and everything!".
The therapist said she wants Randy to start using his left hand to do more to get it working better. She also suggested that Randy have a set schedule, which Randy said needs to include sleeping until 10 or so.
